Western Conservative Political Action Conference, Inc., (WCPAC) is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Federal tax code, that is dedicated to promoting education and advocacy for conservative public policy issues. WCPAC does not endorse candidates for public office and strictly abides by the IRS prohibition against intervening in election campaigns. Instead, WCPAC seeks broader understanding and acceptance for the conservative political philosophy through its conferences.
Contributions to WCPAC are not tax deductible for Federal income tax purposes. However, because the educational activities and conferences of WCPAC are open to the public, and based on well-reasoned education and advocacy, they nevertheless qualify as philanthropic educational activities under the Federal tax regulations.
WCPAC 2010 is the sixth conference produced by the organization.
