Letter from David Keene
For more than thirty years conservative activists have looked to the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington as an opportunity to get together, network, develop strategies and hear the men and women who lead the movement. They have invariably gone home armed and ready for another year of activity on behalf of the ideals we share.
This year more than 6,000 activists attended CPAC, but thousands more who should have been there couldn’t make it. The Western CPAC scheduled for October 12th and 13th, 2007 at the Fairmont Hotel in Newport Beach in California will give many of those who couldn’t make the national conference (and some of those who could) a chance to experience CPAC for themselves and rededicate themselves to the pursuit of principled conservative policies. I’ll be there and everyone I’ve talked to shares my enthusiasm.
